KAZZEN – BLACK OLIVES PÂTÉ
This is an ancient traditional recipe: after the harvest the black olives are salted, chopped and combined with extra virgin olive oil. The cream thus obtained has a strong but harmonious taste, typical of the land of Sicily. Excellent as an aperitif spread on warm bread bruschetta.
Ingredients: Black olives, extra virgin olive oil .
KAZZEN – PESTO PANTESCO
Prepared according to the ancient recipe of Pantelleria with the same natural ingredients and with the same original procedures: basil and tomatoes are finely blended with almonds, parsley, oregano, mint, salt and pepper. At the end the pesto is seasoned with extra virgin olive oil and put into jars, without preservatives or additives.
Ingredients: tomato, extra virgin olive oil, garlic, basil, almonds, parsley, oregano, chilli pepper, mint, salt.
ARKE’ – EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL – BIO
Oil from olive trees growing on the hills in the heart of Sicily at 600m above sea level, from organic farming without using chemicals. Delicious to season a simple salad, it also gives a special note to traditional dishes.

INFERSA – SALINA CRYSTALS
These salt crystals are large grains hand-selected from the centre of the heaps of salt They are very white because they are found at the heart of the saline and do not come into contact with any external agent. They have a strong taste, unmistakably robust and distinctive. It is recommended to grind them directly on the dishes to release all their aromas.

LA TIMPA– BUSIATE
Busiate is a type of pasta extruded through bronze pasta makers, rough and porous at the taste. It is then slowly dried to preserve all the natural properties of wheat and its germ. Highly digestible, with an intense and slightly sweetish taste, busiate has a good cooking resistance. The Azienda Agricola la Timpa focuses on genuine products, within an agricultural ecosystem and an environmentally sustainable production.
Ingredients: Water and whole wheat flour Senatore Cappelli (100%), stone milled flour produced in an ancient water mill. Bronze extruded, slow drying (18/21 hours) at 40 °C
