Do I need to sign up in order to purchase on the VENTUNO site?

No. To purchase a BOX, all you need to do is follow a series of simple instructions on the site after having chosen the BOX you’d like to buy. You can always correct any errors in the information you’ve provided or cancel the entire order during the check-out process before sending the order.

Is it possible to sign up? What are the advantages?

Yes. You can sign up on the site. The advantages include a WELCOME GIFT of 10% off your first order, being first in line for special offers and being able to benefit from special buying initiatives in the future. You will also be kept up-to-date on our activities.

What comes in the BOXES and what difference is there between the MOODS and REGIONS?

Our handcrafted BOXES contain a selection of the highest quality regional products, which have been specially selected in order to offer an exciting experience to those who taste them. In every BOX, you will find a guide that will tell the story of how unique each product is, who made it and how to best enjoy it. Each BOX contains about 6 products, including wine, preserves, patés, pickled vegetables, oils, sauces, spices and other special condiments. The REGIONS describe the Italian region where the products come from while the different MOODS for each region refer to different times for ideal consumption – JOY is aperitif, ENCHANTMENT is dinner and WHIMSY is dessert.

How do you select your products?

The regional products that the VENTUNO TEAM have to offer are carefully selected throughout Italy. They are then tasted and paired by an industry expert. The aim is to offer an exciting taste experience in each BOX. The companies chosen to supply products are selected based on criteria like high quality, sustainability in production/processing and a focus on captivating, well-designed packaging.

Where do your products come from?

The products come from food companies and farms throughout the entire country of Italy, but, for now, we’ve started with two regions: Puglia and Sicily. The products VENTUNO offers tell the stories of unique producers who cultivate the fruits of their land with love and passion. Instead of asking themselves how MUCH they can produce, they focus on how BEST they can produce.

How are your products packaged?

Each product is packaged individually with care inside the BOX in well-designed packaging. We don’t deal in fresh products, such as mozzarella or other cheeses, for example, because they are perishable. We only offer products with a longer shelf life compatible with transport times.

Is it possible to buy more than one BOX and have them delivered to different addresses? Is it possible to add a personalised message?

How does shipping work?

Delivery will be taken care of by a shipping company (Express Shipping) to the address that you provide in the required fields when filling out the order form as you make your purchase.

Is it possible to check the status of a shipment?

Yes. As soon as the order is confirmed, you will receive an email with shipping information and a link to the page where you can track your shipment.

How long will it take for me to receive my order?

BOXES are shipped via an international shipping company, with delivery in 24-48 hours (on weekdays) depending on the destination. Shipments go out from Monday to Friday and are delivered to the delivery address provided by the client upon making the order. Deliveries can’t be made to post office boxes.

How much does shipping cost?

In Italy, shipping costs are included in the price of the BOX. For international shipments, we apply a surcharge. When a country outside of Italy is chosen from the menu, the shipping charges are automatically calculated. What can I do if the BOX delivered to me is missing some items or if there is a damaged product?

If the BOX is damaged on the outside, sign and specify that you are accepting the goods upon verification. If one or more products is missing or damaged inside, contact the VENTUNO Team immediately at info@ventunoitaly.com, including a photograph of what the products look like.

I made an order, but I made a mistake in listing the shipping address. What should I do?

Contact the VENTUNO Team immediately at info@ventunoitaly.com to give us the correct address. If you contact us after the BOX has been shipped, unfortunately, we will not be able to rectify the issue.

Can I cancel an order I’ve already made?

If the order hasn’t already been processed, it can be cancelled by sending an email to the address info@ventunoitaly.com within 24 hours.

Is it possible to ship a package abroad?

Yes. Currently, we ship in Italy and Europe. For shipments outside of the European Union, contact the VENTUNO Team at info@ventunoitaly.com, .

I don’t want to buy an entire BOX. Can I purchase individual products that I’m interested in?

For the moment, it’s only possible to buy an entire BOX, choosing from among the predefined configurations of products. If you are interested in purchasing individual products, you can still indicate your interest by contacting us at info@ventunoitaly.com .


Why do I need to select PayPal to continue with my purchase? Are there other payment methods available?

You can buy on our site via PayPal or credit card. To make a payment, choose the PayPal method and click on “confirm” to be directed to PayPal’s secure server. Here you can choose to pay with your PayPal account or you can choose to enter as a guest and pay with your own credit card.  Cards accepted include Visa, MasterCard and American Express. If you choose to pay as a guest, it’s not necessary to have a PayPal account.

Will my payment details be safe?

Absolutely. Your credit card details are in no way saved to VENTUNO’s servers. That information is handled externally by PayPal, which has the highest standards of protection.

Can I pay via bank transfer?

Bank transfer payments can only be accepted by contacting us at this email address: info@ventunoitaly.com .

Can I pay via cash-on-delivery?

No. The only payment methods are credit card and PayPal.

Can I have an invoice?

Certainly. You can ask for the invoice at the time of purchase.


If I am not satisfied with a BOX or with a product, can I return it?
