ORGANIC, DARK CHOCOLATE-COATED PIEDMONT IGP HAZELNUTS
Organic, dark chocolate-coated Piedmont IGP Hazelnuts, Altalanga (120gr): Veritable black gems whose unique flavor blends the inimitable toasted hazelnut from Piedmont and dark chocolate (63% cocoa).
Ingredients: 58% Dark chocolate (cocoa paste, cane sugar, cocoa butter), 42% organic, toasted Piedmont IGP hazelnuts.
“LADY’S KISSES” HAZELNUT SHORTBREADS
“Lady’s Kisses” hazelnut shortbreads, Pasticceria Mauro Allemanni (200gr): These classic and chocolate shortbreads should always be served in pairs – the traditional, lighter-colored cookie and a darker-colored, chocolate one. Their exquisite hazelnut flavors embrace a heart of dark chocolate, in a scrumptious rendering of two of Piedmont’s finest ingredients.
Ingredients classic shortbread : Piedmont IGP hazelnuts, butter, sugar, type 00 flour, potato starch, vanillin. Chocolate shortbreads: Piedmont IGP hazelnuts, butter, sugar, type 00 flour, cocoa, potato starch, vanillin. Filling: Dark chocolate (sugar, cocoa beans, cocoa butter, emulsifier: soy lecithin, natural vanilla extract).
KRUMIRI COOKIES
Krumiri Cookies, Pasticceria Mauro Allemanni (200gr): Almost the same age as unified Italy, they originated in Casale Monferrato in 1878, as a tribute to the Savoy royal who became Italy’s first king. Authentic, wholesome, and made from select ingredients, Krumiri cookies unify the country’s best palates to this day.
Ingredients: Type 00 flour, Tritordeum flour, butter, sugar, eggs, maraschino cherry liqueur, honey, 100% natural vanilla.
GIANDUIOTTI CHOCOLATES
Gianduiotti Chocolates, Spes (240gr): These iconic Turinese chocolate wedges have formed part of the city’s heritage since 1865. Named after Gianduia, a character in commedia dell’arte symbolizing the region, they are a blend of the finest chocolate and IGP hazelnuts. Here in three different versions- classic, dark chocolate and coffee flavored.
Ingredients: Hazelnut paste, sugar, cocoa paste, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, coffee powder, emulsifier: soy lecithin, natural vanilla flavor.
HAZELNUT SPREAD
Hazelnut Spread, (220gr): The same, typically Piedmontese principle of hazelnuts and chocolate takes center stage in this creamy, delicious specialty that can either be spread on a fragrant slice of bread or even enjoyed by the spoonful. The artisanal process and tiny quantities produced ensure top quality and delicacy of flavor.
Ingredients: Sugar, hazelnut paste (20%), vegetable fats (cocoa butter, sunflower oil, safflower oil), milk powder. Emulsifier: soy lecithin.
MOSCATO D’ASTI DOCG
Moscato D’Asti DOCG, Adriano Marco e Vittorio (750ml): From the region’s celebrated white Moscato grapes and the Adriano family’s timeless tradition, this delightful, lightly fizzy wine shows fragrant aromas of sage flowers, lemon, acacia and limewood, as well as intense, fruity overtones of peaches and apricots.
Variety: 100% native Moscato.
