Cream of Lardo di Colonnata IGP and Black Truffles, Antica Larderia Mafalda (100 gr): There are no preservatives in this creamy spread from Lardo di Colonnata IGP and black summer truffles (Tuber aestivum Vittadini) picked on the hillside slopes of San Miniato and Volterra.
Ingredients: Italian pork lard, natural sea salt, black pepper, garlic, rosemary, mix of spices and herbs, black truffles and flavoring.
Tuscan Crostino, Caccia e Corte (180 gr): Strictly from locally grown produce that simmers as long as five hours in a saucepan, for an intensely flavored pâté with no additive, preservative or coloring agent.
Ingredients: Chicken hearts and livers, 100% Italian extra virgin olive oil, onions, tomato pulp, white wine, capers, anchovies, carrots, celery, salt and black pepper.

Ingredients: Pheasant meat (65%), European wildfowl, yellow onions, 100% Italian extra virgin olive oil, potatoes, white wine (Vernaccia di San Gimignano DOCG), butter, garlic, sea salt and black pepper.
Savory Cantuccini, Villa Marta, Florence (200 gr): The mellow flavors of select Italian hazelnuts and pistachios, combined with the intensity of Parmesan and oregano and the painstaking manual production techniques from whole fruit, ensure these savory cookies supply unique enjoyment in the truest Tuscan style.
Ingredients: Stone-ground wheat flour, eggs, butter, Parmigiano, sugar, pistachios, hazelnuts, salt, oregano and rising agent.

Vernaccia Riserva di San Gimignano DOCG, Guicciardini Strozzi: Exclusively released in outstanding years, this Reserve Vernaccia employs cryomaceration (i.e., the crushed grapes are cooled before fermentation) to enhance its natural fragrance of genista flowers and jasmine, fine-tuned by several months’ sojourn in French oak barriques and over a year’s bottle age in the ancient cellars of Cusona.
