Our food boxes are refined gourmet offerings to be enjoyed with your loved ones in the comfort of your home. Presented in elegant, handcrafted wooden boxes, our little treasure chests contain the best of Italian regional excellence. Designed to share the three classic moments of Italian conviviality – aperitif, lunch / dinner, dessert – our food and wines are carefully matched to ensure an immersive experience.

Your journey into the excellence of Italian regional food and wine starts as you slide the box open and it continues with every bite: the juicy texture of orecchiette with turnip greens, the warm embrace of bagna cauda, the friability of Modican chocolate or the richness of Chianina meat sauce…

 

From table to landscapes …

The gourmet experience will not stop at your table as it is important to get to know the landscapes where our best raw materials grow. The Langhe terroir, or the white lands of Pacego salterns are examples of the variety of the Italian territory. This is why we have chosen to enrich the Ventuno experience boxes with a special viewer, which together with VENTUNO VR Tour App (available free for Android and IOS devices) will take you on a virtual tour of the Italian regions.

“VENTUNO is my concept, born from my love for Italian culinary culture and my perseverance. I ran my own food and wine restaurant in Paris and discovered an enormous interest in Italian regional specialties. Requests arrived from the customers based far and wide in order to taste Italian products; they wanted to try the authentic flavours, but above all to know the story behind those products… And so I started researching and little by little my restaurant became like a boutique of food delicacies and fine wines”…

Ines di Franco has over 10 years’ experience in food and beverage acquired while working and travelling in Italy and abroad. She is an expert and is passionate about fine quality food and wine products and she dedicates VENTUNO experience boxes to all international foodies, who seek an immersive experience in local culture and Italian lifestyle. Ines also worked in the restaurant of the Lotti Hotel, close to Place Vendôme, in Paris, as a point of contact for Enrico Dandolo, Gualtiero Marchesi’s son-in-law.
