VENTUNO was born from Ines’ long-time dream. Ines di Franco, the Founder of VENTUNO, is an expert on high-quality food and wine, also thanks to her extensive experience as an Italian restaurant owner abroad. Her objective is to make Italian Regional food and wine known and available to an ever expanding international audience of foodies, who are more and more demanding and educated on quality and authenticity standards. Ventuno researches the finest combinations of authentic flavours and proposes them within an Italian cultural and lifestyle experience involving all the senses.

I realized that people were in love with authentic Italian Regional cuisine at my restaurant in Paris. I was literally overwhelmed by clients’ requests for Italian artisanal and niche products. So, I slowly started to research niche high quality artisanal food and wine to make them available to my clients. – Soon enough, my restaurant became an Italian delicatessen boutique!” – Ines di Franco

Co-Founder Valentina Di Franco, Vogue Italia marketing manager and Ines’s sister, brings her expertise in the Luxury world and a glamorous touch to the project with an exclusive design wooden box handmade by an Italian craftsman.

G2 Start-up, a start-up incubator in Milan, immediately embraced the project as they appreciated VENTUNO’s extraordinary unique value proposition. VENTUNO’s food and wine artisanal Regional selection, carefully combined and specifically studied to enhance three different moments of the day, along with the strong cultural and lifestyle message, in a beautiful design packaging and a 360° Virtual Reality tour of Italy…
