DONNA ELVIRA – PURE MODICAN CHOCOLATE No. 2 AND No.3
The Modican chocolate is different from any other variety of chocolate produced elsewhere. In fact, it takes its origins from an ancient recipe of Aztec origins based on the cold working which preserve the nature of cocoa and its primitive taste.
Donna Elvira focuses on the choice of the best cocoa premier cru, selected from several plantations around the – from Vietnam to Ecuador, through the ancient Wild Beniano of Bolivia and O’Payo of Nicaragua – to process it according the Modican tradition and originality.
Pure Modican No.2 and No. 3 are an extract of a unique taste voyage; starting from a high-percentage of cocoa (72%) through a dark choccolate with a milk addition.

DONNA ELVIRA – BOLIVIAN MIRROIR SALT MODICAN CHOCOLATE
The Bolivian Miroir Salt Modican Chocolate is made with cocoa beans from Latin America, cane sugar, and Bolivian salt. This is a very delicate sea salt that does not repleace the chocolate’s taste, but that, instead, makes it more tasty and inviting. Moreover, the bean to bar method ensures the craftsmanship during the entire production process – from the selection to the roasting of beans, through the creation of chocolate bars- and this permits to give, tasting after tasting, ancient sensations and pictures of olden places.
